Shipping policy

Currently, Secretcoco has various warehouses spread around the world. To offer our products at a good price, we ship directly from these warehouses. This approach minimizes unnecessary transport, storage, and packaging costs, thereby reducing our environmental impact. 

Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our shipping times may be slightly longer. Processing and checking your order takes 1-3 business days, and the delivery time is 5-12 business days. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during this busy period.

• AUS/NZ: 5-9 business days

• Europe 7-12 business days

• United Kingdom: 5-9 business days

• Canada: 7-12 business days

• Rest of the World: 7-12 business days
